Molly Hanley and Brittany Rosco: "We want to provoke a change, and make everyone know that we need change" said Hanley. "People before profits." Rosco continued, "And we need to stop fighting amongst ourselves and try something new that has worked in other countries. We don't want everything for free. We just want fairness."

Thousands gathered at the Hennepin County Government Plaza (or the "People's Plaza") throughout the first day of Minnesota occupation in solidarity with Occupy Wall Street.
