U.S. Uncut founders Steve Johnson & Carl Gibson came to Madison this week, were very helpful in our action against Bank Of America & Merrill Lynch, and were eager to shut down our (formerly) local taxdodgers & Governor Walker supporters extraordinaire, M&I Bank. M&I Bank sold themselves to the Bank Of Montreal recently, and we protesters in town have made it a semi-regularity to go & try to protest inside, or shut them down once they've kicked us out.
This was after the security guards pushed us out of the lobby & had called the cops, who gave us no trouble whatsoever. Steve, Carl & some of our Wisconsin Uncutters had been in character as Merrill Lynch bankers for a few hours, so gems were regularly dropping outta their mouths at this point.

USuncutMN supports #occupyWallStreet, #occupyDC, the XL Pipeline resistance Yes, We, the People, are going to put democracy in all its forms up front and center. Open mic, diversity, nonviolent tactics .. Social media, economic democracy, repeal Citizen's United, single-payer healthcare, State Bank, Operation Feed the Homeless, anti-racism, homophobia, sexISM, war budgetting, lack of transparency, et al. Once we identify who we are and what we've lost, We can move forward.
